Joseph Gutierrez is the President of JIG Consultants and the driving force behind the company's client-focused culture. Throughout his career, he has emphasized attentive service, high-quality engineering, and innovative problem-solving. His belief in a client-centric approach has shaped JIG Consultants’ identity and continues to guide every project the company delivers.
With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Gutierrez has led the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure across Southern California. His portfolio includes pipelines, pumping stations, storage reservoirs, and sewer facilities for both municipal and private clients. A certified Construction Manager, he has overseen projects with construction budgets reaching $180 million. His expertise extends to construction management, resident engineering, and field observation, ensuring that projects are completed with precision, efficiency, and long-term value. Under his leadership, JIG Consultants has earned a reputation for technical excellence and lasting client relationships. |
